Site HSE Manager

About the Role

Parsons is seeking a Site HSE Manager to join its team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, specifically for a project in Umluj. This full-time position involves working on a construction supervision project, contributing to safety compliance and leadership on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to periodic reports related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Audit contractor safety compliance to ensure adherence to project and code requirements.
• Mentor and lead a team of safety specialists.
• Review contractor documentation for compliance with project and code standards.
• Conduct daily site walks with contractors to monitor safety practices.
• Chair Health and Safety meetings and workshops.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead HSE functions on construction projects.
