Medical Representative

About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Buraydah. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on promoting company products to healthcare providers and managing sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to introduce company products to doctors and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct frequent visits to doctors, both through cold calling and pre-arranged appointments.
• Follow up with doctors and healthcare providers regarding product stock supply, consumption, and feedback.
• Plan and forecast monthly sales targets, taking appropriate actions to achieve them.
• Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe company products using effective selling skills.
• Make telephone calls and in-person visits to provide detailed information to existing and prospective customers, covering all assigned medical centers based on their potential.
• Cooperate and coordinate regularly with sales and collection teams.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and gather information to determine their potential.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers, highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest medical data.
• Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory or segment.
• Stay informed about new developments in the field to provide competitive information to customers.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Buraydah, involving regular field visits to medical centers and healthcare providers.
