Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all sales targets, both short-term and long-term, are met while supervising field teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve their sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to analyze trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and lead by example in sales execution.
- Develop strong relationships with key wholesale and retail partners.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to inventory management and sales documentation.
Qualifications:
- 36 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic.
- BA degree with strong computer skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives.
