Pressure Pumping Operator

About the Role

Advanced Lines Group is seeking a Pressure Pumping Operator to join their team in Buqayq. This full-time role involves operating chemical injection units and supporting various pumping and mixing operations within the pressure pumping domain. The position requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and offers a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate chemical injection units independently.
• Assist in operating small centrifugal pumps and mixing tanks.
• Assist in operating N2 Vaporizers.
• Assist in operating mixing packages.
• Support triplex pump operators and nitrogen pump operators during rig-up and rig-down procedures.
• Engage with clients regarding proposals and execution plans.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to identify suction/discharge flow paths.
• Understanding of chemical compatibility and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) requirements.
• Knowledge of equipment limits, including Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) and hose ratings.
• Basic understanding of nitrogen equipment layout.

• Effective client communication before, during, and after jobs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating practical knowledge of pressure pumping operations and safety protocols. The role requires a strong understanding of technical specifications and operational procedures for relevant equipment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Buqayq, requiring hands-on involvement in field operations. The role involves working closely with a team of operators and engaging directly with clients to ensure successful project execution.
