Red Sea Global (RSG) is a developer of regenerative tourism destinations. Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a wholly owned subsidiary of RSG, delivers land and marine recreation experiences across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. RSSE operates through specialized business units, including Galaxea, which focuses on Diving & Marine Experiences. This role is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time position.

The Role: Cluster Manager Galaxea

The Cluster Manager – Galaxea provides strategic and operational leadership for multiple Galaxea Dive Centers. This position ensures safe, efficient, and commercially successful operations while delivering luxury guest experiences. The role supports the design, development, pre-opening, and operational readiness of new dive centers, followed by ongoing leadership of multiple operating locations through site-based Senior Managers. The Cluster Manager drives operational consistency, safety excellence, financial performance, people development, regulatory compliance, and sustainability across all assigned sites, maintaining Galaxea's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-site dive center operations, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to Senior Managers.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with RSSE standards, SOPs, and international diving best practices.
• Support the planning, design, commissioning, and operational setup of new dive centers, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Recruit, mobilize, and onboard operational teams, developing procedures and ensuring readiness before opening.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with PADI standards, local regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, emergency drills, and incident investigations, maintaining emergency preparedness.
• Deliver consistently exceptional luxury diving and snorkeling experiences, monitoring guest feedback and implementing enhancements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing multicultural teams, driving employee engagement and succession planning.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, revenue, operating costs, and profitability across multiple locations.
• Support RSSE's regenerative tourism strategy by promoting environmentally responsible diving operations and collaborating with Sustainability teams.
• Build strong relationships with Resort Management, Marine Operations, and other key stakeholders, representing Galaxea in cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (minimum).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial diving or dive resort operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior operational leadership or multi-site management role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, pre-opening projects, and managing multicultural teams.
• Minimum 500 logged dives and 50 student certifications.
