The Residential Experience Host Role

The Residential Experience Host (Safeer Al Dar) serves as the primary point of contact for Homeowners and rental guests within the residential community. This full-time role involves acting as a hospitality ambassador, providing personalized, anticipatory, and seamless service experiences. The Host coordinates with all operational departments to ensure high standards of service delivery, combining elements of Guest Relations, Front Office, Concierge, Homeowner Liaison, and Lifestyle Services. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Homeowner and Guest Experience Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Homeowners and rental guests throughout their stay.
• Create a welcoming environment and deliver highly personalized service experiences.
• Welcome, escort, and farewell Homeowners and guests in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct check-in and check-out services, verifying registration details, payment methods, and required documentation.
• Ensure accurate posting of charges, service requests, and billing information within operational systems.
• Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences, including transportation and luggage.
• Anticipate needs through observation, communication, and relationship building.
• Coordinate personalized amenities and special touches based on preferences and occasions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to Homeowner and guest requests, handling incidents and service recovery situations immediately.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and exceptional grooming standards.

Concierge, Lifestyle, and Administrative Duties

• Coordinate with Digital Concierge Services for bookings such as restaurant reservations, transportation, activities, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Coordinate personalized itineraries and lifestyle experiences.
• Promote and upsell available residential services, experiences, and destination offerings.
• Facilitate requests efficiently through coordination with other departments.
• Maintain strong knowledge of residence layouts, features, services, smart home systems, and destination offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, incidents, and follow-up actions.
• Support reporting and operational tracking requirements.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, policies, and community rules.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Homeowner and guest information.

Residential Operations and Project Support

• Support the daily operation of the residential property and common areas.
• Assist with residential events, activations, and VIP visits.
• Support experiential sales journeys and showcase residences in coordination with Red Sea Global Sales teams.
• Ensure all public and residential areas remain presentable and aligned with luxury standards.
• Support operational readiness of show villas, sales centers, and residential amenities.
• Support additional residential projects and operational initiatives as directed by management.

Key Performance Indicators

Performance in this role will be assessed based on several key metrics, including Homeowner satisfaction, rental guest satisfaction, service response time, guest engagement scores, and service recovery effectiveness. Additional indicators include quality audit scores, participation in upselling and service promotion, and compliance with operational standards.
