About NEOM Green Hydrogen Company

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is a partnership between Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM. This venture is developing an $ billion green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within the NEOM region. Operations for the facility are scheduled to commence in 2027.

The Role of Risk Manager

NGHC is seeking a Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of Risk and Business Continuity Management (BCM) Frameworks across the organization. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The role involves providing technical expertise in Risk and BCM Management, preparing consolidated reports for NGHC Leadership, Committees, and the Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with audit findings.

Enterprise Risk Management Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the NGHC Risk Management Framework and strategy.
• Communicate risk management expectations and obligations to Leadership and Managers.
• Monitor and report risk management performance to improve NGHC's overall risk profile.
• Provide technical leadership, methodologies, processes, and tools to support enterprise risk management.
• Support the business in identifying potential threats to NGHC's reputation, financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and safety.
• Direct and coordinate regular enterprise risk reports for the CEO and Management Committee, including mitigation and prevention plans.

Business Continuity Management Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Business Continuity Management capability across NGHC.
• Develop and maintain business continuity policies in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and high-level risk assessments.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to align business continuity strategies.
• Collaborate with Crisis Management teams during major disruptions and oversee recovery efforts.
• Continuously improve business continuity plans through regular reviews, testing, and executive reporting.

Risk and Audit Integration Responsibilities

• Provide assurance to the Management Committee and Leadership Team regarding Internal Audit compliance.
• Support Internal Audit execution and preparation for upcoming audits.
• Prepare and present audit compliance reports, including closure status of audit findings.
• Maintain effective communication with Internal Audit, Finance Committee, and Internal Audit Teams.
• Ensure timely closure of audit actions by working closely with process owners.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, within the NEOM region.
