Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their team in Tabūk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports a Project Management and Construction Management Consultant Services package in Sharma, focusing on construction delivery for residential complexes.

Role Overview

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee the construction of two residential complexes. This includes managing the delivery of villas, guest and staff villas, gates, boundary walls, and extensive associated works. The scope also covers demolition, reinstatement, earthworks, drainage, utility diversions, decommissioning, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise construction activities across residential buildings, infrastructure, landscaping, and external works.
• Ensure construction adheres to approved drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, site supervision teams, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor daily site progress, productivity, resources, work fronts, milestones, and construction performance.
• Review construction methods, method statements, inspection and test plans, temporary works, and work permits.
• Coordinate demolition of existing structures, earthworks, drainage, utility diversions, decommissioning, and reinstatement activities.
• Oversee the installation of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, landscaping, gates, boundary walls, and associated external works.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, site constraints, technical queries, RFIs, nonconformances, and interface conflicts.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, health and safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to approved schedules.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections, handover, snagging, closeout, and final acceptance of the completed works.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience delivering luxury villas, residential compounds, remote developments, or high-end private projects.
• Experience managing multiple construction work fronts across large or complex sites.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with project management, scheduling, cost-control, document-control, and digital construction systems.
• Experience working in fast-track or challenging site environments.
