About the Role: As a Procurement Manager at Nesma United Industries, you will oversee contractor management, ensuring compliance with contracts and timely payments. Your role includes identifying commercial opportunities and mitigating financial risks, while maintaining robust relationships with clients and partners. You will also ensure timely project valuations and monitor financial performance through strategic reviews and performance meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and Buyers.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, payments, and contract compliance.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure timely project valuations and monitor financial performance.
  • Conduct strategic reviews and performance meetings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement.
  • Holds Aramco approval for management-level procurement roles.

الدور

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • المساعدة في التفاوض على العقود الخاصة بالطعام والشراب، والمناشف، والمعدات، لتحقيق توفيرات في التكاليف على الفئات المعينة.
  • التعاون مع وحدات الأعمال لفهم متطلبات المشتريات وترجمتها إلى خطط مصادر قابلة للتنفيذ.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع السياسات المحلية والمركزية، والقواعد، والرقابة الداخلية والإجراءات المتعلقة بقسم المشتريات.
  • إدارة أوامر الشراء وتعجيل عمليات التسليم، مع الحفاظ على تسليم في الوقت المحدد وحل مشاكل الشحن خلال 24 ساعة.
  • إدارة علاقات الموردين، وضمان أن الأداء يفي بمؤشرات الأداء الأساسية والاتفاقيات الخدمية، ودفع مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • مراقبة مستويات PAR لجميع عناصر الطعام لضمان مستويات مناسبة؛ رفض قبول العناصر التالفة، أو غير المقبولة، أو غير الصحيحة.
  • إعداد تقارير إنفاق أسبوعية، تبرز توجهات التكاليف وفرص التوفير للقيادة.
  • تحديد ومعالجة المخاطر في سلسلة التوريد، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات تقليل انبعاثات الكربون بما يتماشى مع أهداف ESG الخاصة بالشركة.
  • تدريب الموظفين المبتدئين على سير عمل المشتريات.
  • التعاون مع المالية والعمليات لمواءمة طلبات الشراء مع حدود الميزانية.

المؤهلات الرئيسية
  • درجة بكاليوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة في المشتريات لمدة سنتين على الأقل، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الضيافة الفاخرة، أو البيع بالتجزئة، أو التصنيع.
  • إجادة في أنظمة ERP (SAP، BirchStreet)، وMS Excel (PivotTables، VLOOKUP)، وأدوات المشتريات الإلكترونية.

The Role:
