Stewarding Manager

About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Stewarding Manager for a full-time position in Jazan. This role involves providing strategic oversight of all stewarding operations across the property, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination, distribution, storage, and maintenance of essential items, including china, glassware, linen, and silver, ensuring accuracy and availability for all operations.
• Oversee the security, maintenance, and optimal functionality of all food service equipment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance with sanitation procedures to ensure all food and beverage areas meet the highest hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies to support operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
