About the Warehouse Operator Role

Sungrow Smart O&M is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team in Jazan, Jizan. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is central to ensuring the efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the systematic handling of goods throughout their lifecycle within the warehouse, from initial receipt and organized storage to timely dispatch. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and compliant storage environment, and supports various internal teams through effective material flow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality against documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records using both manual logs and digital systems.
• Conduct periodic stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded data.
• Organize items systematically within the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
• Label and categorize all stored items appropriately for clear identification.
• Ensure that all storage areas are kept clean, safe, and in full compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Prepare and issue materials or equipment as per requisitions from various departments.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of all requested items.
• Document all dispatched items accurately for comprehensive record-keeping and future reference.
• Identify and report instances of low-stock or overstocked items to supervisors.
• Highlight any discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors for prompt corrective action.
• Suggest improvements and efficiencies to optimize existing inventory management processes.
• Follow all established safety and security protocols to prevent damage, loss, or accidents within the warehouse.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, quality standards, and relevant industry regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure efficient material handling operations.
• Provide regular updates on stock levels, operational issues, and implemented improvements to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role. A proven track record of maintaining accurate inventory and adhering to operational procedures is required.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This full-time role is based in Jazan and involves working within a team-oriented environment.
