The Role of Barista

Wild&Org is seeking a Barista for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the daily operations of the cafe’s coffee and beverage bar. The Barista will ensure consistent service quality and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, working collaboratively with other staff to enhance the customer experience while upholding the brand's values of health, sustainability, and quality. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and organic drinks.
Provide customer service by greeting customers, answering menu questions, and recommending drink and food options.
Monitor and report inventory levels of bar supplies to ensure adequate stock.
Place orders with suppliers to maintain necessary ingredients and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the cafe manager or CEO to develop and test new beverages, seasonal specials, and healthy drink options consistent with the cafe’s mission.
