Alawaly Real Estate is seeking an experienced Content Writer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the company's communication strategy, focusing on developing and managing written content across diverse platforms.

Role Summary

The Content Writer will serve as the primary voice of Alawaly Real Estate, responsible for crafting compelling narratives for all written communications. This includes high-converting digital ad copy, engaging social media campaigns, property brochures, investor decks, video scripts, and official corporate communications. The role involves maintaining a unified linguistic identity and consistent brand voice, translating technical real estate concepts into content that resonates with target audiences and drives market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars, brainstorm creative concepts, and craft engaging captions tailored to each platform.
• Suggest creative visual, graphic, and video concepts to accompany text content.
• Write high-impact ad copy for digital campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok, along with WhatsApp broadcast messages and SMS marketing copy.
• Develop persuasive messaging for outdoor billboards, banners, special offers, and corporate events.
• Structure and write detailed, persuasive brochures for individual real estate projects, corporate profiles, and investor relations decks.
• Draft engaging scripts for promotional videos, Reels, short-form video content, professional Voice-Over (VO) scripts, and interview questions.
• Prepare press releases, official corporate statements, milestone announcements (*, signings, inaugurations), and strategic messaging for partnerships.
• Write clear copy for website pages and landing pages, and author real estate and lifestyle articles optimized for search engines (SEO).

Brand Voice and Content Strategy

This role is central to establishing, documenting, and refining the company’s distinct Tone of Voice (ToV), ensuring absolute consistency in formal and marketing communications across all platforms. The Content Writer will also analyze social media and campaign performance metrics to recommend actionable improvements and monitor real estate market trends and competitor strategies to maintain fresh and innovative content.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience as a Content Writer, preferably within the real estate or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to produce creative, meticulous, and high-quality written content across various formats.
• Strong understanding of brand voice development and linguistic identity maintenance.
• Proficiency in transforming technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
