نبحث عن شخص مسؤول وفعّال لقيادة العمليات اليومية لمطاعمنا، والتأكد من سير العمل بسلاسة، ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة.

المهام الرئيسية:

  • متابعة سير العمل اليومي في الفروع.

  • إدارة الموظفين (جداول، حضور، مشاكل، تقييم الأداء).

  • التأكد من جودة الطلبات وسرعة الخدمة.

  • التنسيق مع الشيف والمشرفين لحل أي خلل أو ضغط.

  • مراجعة الهدر والإنتاج بشكل يومي.

  • رفع تقارير للإدارة عن المبيعات، التكاليف، والملاحظات.

  • متابعة صيانة الفروع والنظافة العامة.

  • التنسيق مع المحاسب لمتابعة المشتريات والخصومات من تطبيقات التوصيل.

  • الإشراف على الطلبات الكبيرة والكيترنق.

  • حل مشاكل المناديب والعملاء في أوقات الذروة.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة سابقة في المطاعم أو المقاهي (سوبرفايزر أو أعلى).

  • قدرة عالية على المتابعة واتخاذ القرار.

  • شخصية قيادية ومنظمة.

  • يفضل معرفة باستخدام الإكسل أو تقارير البيع.

  • متفرغ وجاهز لتحمل مسؤولية تشغيل فروع كاملة.
