About the Internship

Bupa Arabia is offering a Coop - Innovation Designer internship in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop creative and professional designs. The role focuses on supporting Operations' communication, branding, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements into effective visual content. The intern will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs while ensuring adherence to brand consistency, high-quality design standards, and timely delivery of all materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design visual materials for internal communications, presentations, posters, campaigns, and departmental initiatives.
• Apply Bupa Arabia's brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, and design standards across all produced materials.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to design announcements, awareness campaigns, employee engagement materials, and event branding.
• Create and enhance executive presentations, dashboards, infographics, and reports to communicate complex information effectively.
• Gather design requirements, manage multiple requests, prioritize assignments, coordinate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of design projects.
• Explore design trends, introduce creative solutions, develop reusable templates, and continuously improve visual communication standards within the department.
