Join Our Team as a Purchasing Clerk!We are looking for a dedicated Purchasing Clerk to join our team at The Hotel Galleria Jeddah, Curio Collection by Hilton. This is a full-time on-site position located in the heart of Jeddah.
Role Overview:The Purchasing Clerk will efficiently manage purchasing processes and purchase orders. This includes sourcing and procuring goods and services, generating and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to support our hotel operations. The role also involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and tracking inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage purchasing processes and order processing accurately.
- Sourcing and procuring goods required for hotel operations.
- Generate and process purchase orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate prices.
- Track inventory levels and manage procurement activities.
Qualifications:- Understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in procurement activities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
