About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on promoting brand awareness and maximizing revenue through sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Promote internal and external awareness of the brand image.
Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
Identify opportunities to up-sell customers and offer enhancements for a better Marriott experience or event.
Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
Verify eligibility for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation.
Answer guest inquiries regarding property facilities and services.
Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and maintaining confidentiality.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones appropriately.
Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Qualifications and Experience
