The Role of CRM Representative

Blue Limits Group is seeking a CRM Representative to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing customer interactions across various channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a consistent and positive customer journey. The role requires a strong focus on service quality and building customer relationships within a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle setting.

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
Track customer feedback and insights.
Support the implementation of customer engagement campaigns.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with guests and partners to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare reports on customer trends and interaction patterns.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service processes.

Prior customer-facing experience is required.
