About MBRF and the Role

MBRF, recognized as one of the world's largest food companies, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control equipment, including power and control circuits, motors, automation systems, and related production equipment.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement actions to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Inspect equipment, identify maintenance needs, and support overhaul, preventive maintenance, and spare-part planning.
• Accurately record equipment issues, maintenance activities, and work orders in SAP.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, suppliers, and OEMs on technical issues, repairs, and continuous improvement activities.
• Support improvement initiatives using tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and contribute to solutions for recurring technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Technician. The position requires a strong understanding of electrical and control systems within a production environment, coupled with practical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time role primarily located within the Makkah region, with operational duties spanning facilities in both Jeddah and Makkah. The Electrical Technician will be an integral part of the maintenance team, ensuring the continuous functionality of critical electrical infrastructure.
