F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service within the food and beverage sector. The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating and delivering a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during meals.
• Setting tables and preparing dining areas for service.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service.
• Interacting with and serving guests, making transactions feel integrated into the overall experience.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and supplies to ensure hygiene and operational readiness.
• Upholding company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
• Ensuring professional appearance and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires physical stamina and active engagement throughout shifts. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces which may be sloping, uneven, or slippery. The F&B Service Expert will need to manage menus by reading and visually verifying information, and take a hands-on approach to tasks. This involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
