About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing food and beverage service to guests, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for every stay.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer inquiries.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, input them into the point-of-sale system, and ensure timely delivery of completed orders.
Maintain the food service station, ensuring it is consistently stocked, clean, and organized.
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold high standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements
