About the Role

Siniora Food Industries is seeking motivated Industrial Engineering graduates and students for a full-time Tamheer or Internship opportunity in Jeddah and Makkah. This role is designed to provide practical experience and professional development within a manufacturing environment, focusing on key operational functions. The position is open to candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Training Opportunities

Candidates will be assigned to one of the following departments to gain hands-on experience and contribute to daily operations:

• Production Department
• Planning Department

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day departmental operations and activities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental objectives.
• Perform other tasks and assignments related to Industrial Engineering as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (for Tamheer applicants) or currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering (for Internship applicants).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced work environment.
