Information Technology Manager

About the Role

Makkah Water Safa is seeking an Information Technology Manager to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. The role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support critical business functions including production, logistics, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network and server environments.
• Supervise IT support and helpdesk activities.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Develop and implement IT policies.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements.
• Optimize systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational improvement and scalability initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of network, server, and application management.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Information Technology Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless IT support across the organization.
