About Match

Match is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, specifically covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the growth and capabilities of our workforce.

Role Overview

The Learning and Development Manager will lead the company's L&D function, overseeing the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive training and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities across both retail and back-office operations, driving performance through structured learning programs, and supporting overall business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify training needs and design effective onboarding, technical, leadership, sales, and customer service programs.
• Manage and evaluate internal and external trainers to ensure consistent training delivery across all company locations.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement automated performance appraisal systems to monitor employee performance and development.
• Design and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, job analysis, and job evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct salary and market benchmarking studies, and support career progression and broader organizational development initiatives.
• Measure training effectiveness through relevant performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements to programs.
• Ensure that all training records, learning materials, and HR systems are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR field.

Work Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah.
