Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

Saudi Lebanese Factories For Chocolate & Confectionery LTD is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its manufacturing facility in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves supporting logistics, procurement, import/export, and inventory operations. The salary range for this role is SAR 3,750 - SAR 5,625.

Key Responsibilities

• Register products in the ERP system.
• Prepare import and export documentation.
• Coordinate with customs clearance agents, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Handle product registration with SFDA and SABER.
• Issue SFDA pre-notifications for imported raw materials.
• Manage inventory, storage, and transportation.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors regarding prices and availability.
• Prepare purchase orders and verify received items.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Monitor inventory movements and quantities.
• Process product photos and designs using Photoshop or similar software.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, procurement, import/export, and inventory operations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our manufacturing facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team to ensure efficient and compliant logistics operations.
