About the Performance Manager Role at Dentsu

Dentsu is seeking a Performance Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves collaborating with Digital Performance teams to develop and execute innovative solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to work closely with various Digital Performance disciplines. The Performance Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing creative and effective digital solutions that meet client objectives and enhance their performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily operational efforts and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients.
Own and manage client strategy, including planning for key campaign efficiencies.
Identify opportunities to further support clients and strengthen relationships.
Ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Plan accounts and identify growth opportunities, working in close collaboration with the Account Director.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in a related field.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working collaboratively within digital performance teams to achieve client goals.
