About the Pricing Specialist Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing the organization's pricing strategy for medical services. The specialist will identify optimal pricing schemes and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and patient spending behavior to ensure profitability and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the formulation of pricing strategies, ensuring actions maximize profitability.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of cost and related financial information, maintaining a reliable pricing structure.
• Prepare Best and Final Offers (BAFO), ensuring competitive pricing aligned with Fakeeh Care goals and market conditions.
• Manage and supervise a team of pricing analysts, guiding them in new price generation, discrepancy resolution, and pricing-related activities.
• Define and evaluate new business procedures, resource requirements, and stimulate the implementation or maintenance of the pricing system.
• Manage and supervise price estimation processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Fakeeh Care pricing goals.
• Establish annual pricing plans and conduct regular reviews, adjusting strategies in response to changes in client contracts, policies, or local market conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Pricing Analysis and Strategy Development

• Perform financial evaluations to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and their impact on revenue and profitability.
• Analyze the financial impact of pricing approaches, considering historical data and the profitability of customer segments.
• Analyze price change requests from the costing team by evaluating margin impacts, potential volume changes, and competitor pricing strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive and updated overview of policy changes and trends that could impact pricing and access to Fakeeh Care services.
• Develop tactics for managing regional and local trends impacting pricing and access, including innovative solutions to protect pricing structures.
• Plan and track the implementation of cross-functional Access Plans for innovative brands, ensuring alignment with pricing goals.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Prepare comprehensive cost support packages that comply with CHI Regulations, ensuring transparency and compliance.
• Conduct oral presentations and cost revisions to key stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with Fakeeh Care objectives.
• Work closely with Regulatory, Finance, Medical, and Commercial teams to provide pricing assumptions supporting budget planning, risk assessment, and related exercises.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in pricing strategy and analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah or Makkah, within the Makkah Region. Salary details for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
