About the Role

Aspen Holdings is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves promoting Aspen products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to promote Aspen products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a designated territory. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with HCPs, effectively delivering key brand marketing messages, and meeting established sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily targeted face-to-face calls with physicians and pharmacists.
Conduct regular Audio-Visual Aids (AVAs) and promotional activities.
Meet assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
Build and maintain positive relationships with target healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Maintain an updated customer database.
Submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers in a timely manner.
Stay informed about the latest clinical data in the relevant therapy area and discuss this data with healthcare professionals.
Provide accurate and complete market feedback on competition, new product concepts, customer requirements, and marketing opportunities.
Plan and execute medical educational events.
Conduct ongoing market analysis.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Product Specialist position should possess 3 years of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a professional approach to product promotion and stakeholder engagement.
