Production Line Manager (Perfumes)

About the Role

Match is seeking a Production Line Manager (Perfumes) to oversee perfume production operations. This full-time role is based in Makkah and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently met across the perfume manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily perfume production activities and ensure that all production targets are achieved.
• Supervise production staff, effectively allocating manpower to optimize workflow.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as line efficiency, downtime, waste reduction, and overall production output.
• Oversee all stages of the production process, including mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and address production issues promptly, implementing appropriate corrective actions to resolve them.
• Prepare comprehensive production reports and continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Train and develop members of the production team to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, with a preference for candidates having 5-10 years of experience.
• Experience in perfume or cosmetics manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing production lines and leading production teams.

Work Environment and Location
