The Role: PMO Consultant – Finance

We are looking for a PMO Consultant – Finance to support Project Management Office (PMO) activities. This full-time position places a strong focus on financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and comprehensive reporting for projects. The role is integral to managing project-related financial activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMO financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Prepare and monitor financial reports, project budgets, and financial performance.
• Support financial planning and analysis for projects and transformation initiatives.
• Track project expenditures, variances, and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with finance departments, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective financial governance.
• Support PMO reporting and prepare management presentations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance-related sectors or functions. Prior experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of project financial lifecycles and controls.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within the local team and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
