The Role of Project Manager

CCE is seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution across various construction disciplines. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project requirements related to scope, budget, quality, and safety are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines and benchmarks.
• Identify potential risks and implement timely corrective actions to mitigate issues.
• Prepare regular status reports and comprehensive project documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project processes.
• Contribute to ensuring adherence to local regulations, company standards, and contractual obligations.

Project Scope

CCE's project portfolio includes high-rise towers, iconic structures, hospitality developments, camps, oil & gas facilities, power plants, and data centers. The Project Manager will be involved in projects that span these diverse areas, contributing to the successful delivery of complex and large-scale constructions.

Work Location

This is an on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah, requiring daily presence at the project site or office as needed to manage operations effectively.
