Role Purpose and Contribution

The Sales Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the sales department by coordinating and executing various sales activities. This position is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the efficient execution of events and bookings, directly contributing to the hotel's success by attracting and retaining clients while maximizing revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in generating revenue and fostering business growth.

• Facilitate bookings for meetings, events, and accommodations.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage client accounts to maintain strong relationships.
