About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the InterContinental brand in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with additional operations in Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to support the sales team in driving business growth and revenue generation for the hotel.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Sales Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the sales department by coordinating and executing various sales activities. This position is crucial for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the efficient execution of events and bookings, directly contributing to the hotel's success by attracting and retaining clients while maximizing revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in generating revenue and fostering business growth.
Coordinate and execute sales activities, including responding to inquiries and preparing proposals.
Facilitate bookings for meetings, events, and accommodations.
Provide excellent customer service and manage client accounts to maintain strong relationships.
Ensure the smooth execution of events and bookings.
Maintain sales databases and prepare relevant reports.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
