About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a Senior Product Specialist Medical Supplies and Equipment to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the medical supplies and equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the sales operations of the sales team.
Follow up on leads and samples provided by the system team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Build a new customer base to maximize sales opportunities.
Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
Oversee and support collection activities.
Supervise field marketing and sales force activities.
Analyze field reports and prepare necessary sales documents.
Achieve established revenue and profit targets.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of sales operations and customer management within the medical supplies and equipment industry.
