About the Role

Cipher7 Business Consulting & Digital Solutions is seeking a Sr. MCC Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for an organization's fleet of vehicles, aircraft, or other equipment, ensuring efficient planning and execution to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and progress.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance control center operations.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
