SSHE Officer

About the Role

Talent Diamond is seeking an SSHE Officer to join the operations team of a leading FMCG and beverage company in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position responsible for supporting a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment within the company's operations.

Role Purpose

The SSHE Officer implements EHS policies, identifies workplace hazards, investigates incidents, and ensures compliance with applicable safety standards. The role contributes to maintaining a secure and healthy environment for all employees and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement EHS policies and procedures in line with company standards.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards affecting people, property, and the environment.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate safety records.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements to reduce workplace risks and discomfort.
• Work with employees and management to strengthen safety awareness and loss prevention.
• Deliver safety training when required.
• Prepare and maintain emergency response plans.
• Support compliance with ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Promote adherence to EHS rules, procedures, and safe working practices at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food and beverage, industrial operations, or production environments is highly considered.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, within the operations team of a leading FMCG and beverage company.
