We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Group) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and driving group sales.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and pursuing new group sales opportunities within the corporate sector
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals with corporate customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Attending industry events and networking functions to generate new leads
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- In-depth knowledge of group sales strategies and corporate purchasing processes
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Sales certifications are preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
