Join Our Team as a Sales Executive (Group)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Group) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. At Raffles Hotels & Resorts, we pride ourselves on our expert service and world-class luxury. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and driving group sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Identifying and pursuing new group sales opportunities within the corporate sector
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
Conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with corporate customers
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Attending industry events and networking functions to generate new leads
Providing regular reports on sales performance and forecasts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in group or corporate accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
Effective time management and organizational abilities
In-depth knowledge of group sales strategies and corporate purchasing processes
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
Sales certifications are preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
