Responsible for daily food truck operations, including food preparation and assembly, order taking and customer service, POS and payment handling, stock organization, cleaning and sanitation, and maintaining food safety and quality standards. Assists with opening and closing procedures and ensures the food truck operates efficiently and according to company procedures.
