AL Khair is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As part of our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) division, you will be instrumental in driving sales and nurturing relationships with retail partners and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to enhance market share.
  • Engage with potential retail partners and distributors to expand our distribution network.
  • Conduct regular visits to ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with partners for effective stock management.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff regarding product features and benefits.
  • Analyze market intelligence to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Participate in promotional events to boost brand visibility.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Gather feedback from customers and partners for continuous service improvement.

Preferred Candidate:
  • Experience in FMCG sales or channel management is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
