- Driving revenue by targeting group/catering accounts with a heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation.
- Managing business opportunities not handled by the Event Booking Center.
- Upselling each business opportunity to maximize revenue.
- Ensuring timely turnover of business for proper service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sales plans and actions for group/catering.
- Identify, qualify, and solicit new group and catering business.
- Build relationships with community stakeholders to strengthen customer base.
- Utilize available tools and resources for successful sales outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive sales mindset with a focus on customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and creative selling abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experiences.
