About the Role:
As the Associate Sales Director for Transactions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for our real estate transaction business across KSA. Your responsibilities will encompass setting up sales functions, developing innovative products, and establishing relationships with both real estate developers and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing overall sales strategy to meet business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and clients.
- Hire and manage sales personnel to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and design effective campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of trends.
- Facilitate training needs assessment and implement training programs for staff.
- Represent Bayut in property expos and real estate events, enhancing our market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years in sales management or direct sales experience.
- Experience in leading a sales department for 35 years.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate sales and market dynamics.
