• Conduct regular divisional communications meetings to ensure effective departmental briefings.
• Deliver on our brand promise by ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Handle guest and internal customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain positive interactions with guests and colleagues to foster good working relationships.
• Verify consistently that all guests in the Outlet are receiving top-notch service.
• Spend peak times in the Outlet, managing operations and supporting associates.
