The Opportunity: Senior Unit Manager (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Unit Manager (Farming) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role is central to optimizing farm operations and ensuring maximum productivity and profitability within assigned areas of responsibility.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maximize the production and profitability of the farm. This involves strategic planning and meticulous organization of all functional activities within the manager's designated areas, alongside the efficient utilization of all available resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all farm functional activities within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Maximise farm production to achieve profitability targets.
• Ensure the most efficient utilization of all resources at disposal.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
