The Opportunity: Team Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager – Processing into Poultry Plant for a full-time role based in Hail. This position involves leading operations at our poultry processing plant, focusing on managing production teams, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency, and meeting production targets and internal customer requirements. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage processing teams to achieve production targets.
• Ensure all products adhere to required quality, safety, and specification standards.
• Optimize yield, minimize wastage, and maximize plant utilization.
• Deliver production schedules on time and according to specified requirements.
• Maintain and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Promote and uphold a strong health and safety culture within operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance.
• Coordinate effectively with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Manage manpower planning, shift schedules, and overall team performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in poultry or food processing operations.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large multicultural teams, typically comprising 80–100 employees.
• Exposure to automated processing systems is preferred.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
