About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Logistics to oversee transport operations. This full-time position is based in either Abha or Khamis Mushayt and is crucial for ensuring the timely delivery of products and collection of milk, maintaining scheduled operations, and managing returns to the Central Processing Plant (CPP).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure transport supervisors effectively carry out planned shifts and daily operations.
• Oversee the scheduled delivery of products to various destinations.
• Manage the timely collection of milk according to established schedules.
• Confirm the efficient return of transport teams and vehicles to the CPP.
• Maintain operational efficiency and adherence to logistical timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, specifically within transport and operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise transport teams effectively.
• Proven track record in ensuring scheduled deliveries and collections.
