About the Role at Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Filling Technician to join our production team in Khamis Mushayt. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our products.

Role Purpose and Context

The Filling Technician is responsible for executing the paint filling process according to established procedures and quality standards. This role ensures that products are filled correctly, equipment is maintained, and the work environment adheres to safety and cleanliness protocols, directly contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment and uphold 5S standards within the designated work area.
• Perform the filling process efficiently and accurately within specified timeframes.
• Strictly follow all work instructions and filling procedures as detailed in the batch ticket.
• Maintain and update all required reports according to sectional requirements.
• Update filling details in the batch ticket immediately after completing the filling process.
• Cross-check the details printed on product stickers and laser-printed drums before initiating any filling activity.
• Inform the supervisor immediately of any deviations or discrepancies observed during operations.
• Regularly check the condition of paint in both tanks and pails.
• Provide on-job training to new staff members when required.
• Execute all activities related to this function using safe and environmentally responsible methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
