About the Role: Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Khamis Mushayt. This full-time role involves assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM). The supervisor will also support in-store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team to drive increased sales growth and profit for Almarai. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and review merchandising planograms and their implementation across the sales region.
Engage with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are considered for achieving merchandising excellence.
Explore, organize, and review all regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies, ensuring effective marketing interaction.
Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team on all confirmed store-specific projects to create and agree upon implementation plans.
