About the Role of Marketing Supervisor

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on promoting brand awareness, maximizing revenue through sales techniques, and maintaining guest loyalty. The supervisor will engage with potential owners to facilitate preview package sales and tours for Marriott vacation club properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package sales/tours.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements for attending sales presentations to potential owners.
• Verify eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours before scheduling tours for Marriott vacation club properties.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts to guests as a token of appreciation.

Operational Duties

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Guest and Team Interaction

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting the team to achieve common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Professional Standards and Requirements

• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
