About the Role:
The role of General Accountant is critical in providing necessary support to the Divisional Finance Manager and Accounting Manager. You will be responsible for gathering and compiling accurate financial and management accounting data to ensure timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on department cash flow activities and support financial reporting (Flash, Forecast, Budget, 5YP).
Coordinate internal, external, and management financial reporting.
Perform accounting and financial reconciliations (bank, stock, petty cash, etc.).
Ensure compliance with relevant policies by reviewing internal control systems.
Assist in period-end closing and audit preparation.
Monitor and validate accounting system (SAP) postings.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPIs reports.
Process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy and supporting documents are attached.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a recognized university.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting in a commercial organization, preferably FMCG or Manufacturing.
- Coop and/or Tamheer experience is acceptable.

Job Vacancy: Accounting Officer
Location: Khamis Mushait

The Goal
Our company is seeking to hire a Cashier for the Southern Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient daily cash operations, recording all financial transactions in the accounting system, including cash sales, collections from sales representatives, petty cash settlements, and disbursements. The role also includes following up on all banking activities related to the Southern Region, such as cash and cheque deposits, delivery and receipt of banking documents, and any other bank transactions authorized by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Record all cash sales and POS transactions in the accounting system.
Register cash collections from sales representatives and bank deposits, and link them to related invoices.
Reconcile sales with sales representatives’ reports on a monthly basis and ensure there are no discrepancies.
Record and review all petty cash funds allocated to the Southern Region.
Process operating expense payment requests in the approved system.
Execute bank deposits, transfers, and other banking transactions related to the Southern Region.
Manage the factory’s petty cash in the Southern Region and document all related expenses.
Prepare periodic reports on cash balances, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and approved accounting standards.
Adhere to monthly cash and petty cash counting and audit procedures.
