The Role: Laboratory Manager

Almarai is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join its team in Makkah or Rabigh. This full-time position involves managing the Quality Control team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of laboratory processes. The role focuses on introducing and adopting the latest techniques in the field while implementing principles of continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently manage the Quality Control team.
• Ensure the introduction and adoption of the latest laboratory techniques.
• Engage and implement principles of continual improvement within the laboratory operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
• 8-10 years of experience in the seafood processing plant industry or a similar environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results against objectives.
• Experience managing projects that require cross-functional approaches.
